Naturally, the most important contesting is always with yourself but the Piano Top League provides you with a benchmark of what others are achieving every day. Students refine their skills, enjoy music at its best and feel the thrill of being part of the Top League group. It is an honor to be part of this group and also a recognition of the many hours of practice the students have invested. As an additional offering, we will organize master classes and competitions. A piano masterclass is a public lesson where an experienced, renowned pianist (the “master teacher”) provides guidance and commentary to a performing student in front of an audience. Students play a prepared piece, receive detailed feedback on their performance, and may get a chance to re-apply the suggestions. On the other hand, piano competitions are events where pianists perform for a panel of judges, vying for high scores and awards, often serving as a significant opportunity for career development, exposure, and musical growth.
